Were looking for a Senior Social Executive to elevate the quality consistency and performance of Gymsharks social content across key as a senior operator youll drive high standards in execution improve content performance and support the development of Social Executives. Youll work closely with the Social Channel Manager shaping standout social-first content without owning strategy or people management.
This role is ideal for a hands-on operator with sharp creative judgement and a strong performance mindset.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING
Owning the growth and performance of one of Gymsharks Tier 1 social channels
Building and managing a repeatable high-performing social content system
Planning creating and publishing content with strong creative judgement
Leading how product shows up in clear desirable and scroll-stopping ways
Testing learning and optimising content using performance insights
Leading execution of key social moments launches and campaigns
Acting as a critical second pair of eyes on content briefs and ideas
Supporting and guiding Social Executives day-to-day
WHAT YOULL NEED:
Essential Criteria:
Demonstrable experience in a social media content role
Strong experience creating content for Instagram and other social platforms
Proven track record of delivering KPI-driven results
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident proactive self-starter with strong ownership mindset
Strong understanding of cultural community and product-led storytelling
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using tools such as Photoshop Premiere Pro or CapCut
