Job Summary
Capital Volvo Volkswagen is hiring a Volvo - VW Product Genius
As a Product Genius at Capital Volvo Volkswagen you are a product specialist entrusted with delivering comprehensive product information across both Volvo and Volkswagen franchises during the sales and service processes.
You will serve as the product authority on our multi-brand campus helping customers understand what sets each brand apart: Volvos Scandinavian design philosophy and industry-leading safety engineering and Volkswagens German engineering driving dynamics and value proposition.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the safe upkeep of inventory vehicles
- Assisting with dealer trades
- Participating in Tallahassee community events
- Contributing to a premium customer experience by actively listening following established delivery procedures and supporting both the sales and service teams when product expertise is needed
