Were looking for experienced Owner-Operatorsto join our regional Ontario Windsor lane hauling steel product. This is a steady weekday operation with consistent miles predictable lanes and the ability to be home every night.

What Youll Be Doing

• Hauling steel freight (mainly master coil slit coil plate and palletized coils)
• Operating within the Hamilton to Windsor corridor
• Completing 2 loads per day (one outbound one return)
• Handling a mix of full truckload and multi-drop deliveries
• Operating a dedicated company-owned 5-axle Conestoga-kitted flatbed trailer

Start Location: Hamilton Region (preferred)

• Also open to owner-operators based in Windsor Kingsville Harrow Leamington and surrounding areas

Schedule

• Monday to Friday (no weekend work)
  • Start time is flexible
• 12 hours per day
• Home every night weekends off

Compensation

• Percentage-based pay 75% to the truck (Owner Operator receives 75% of gross revenue)
• Average Net Pay (after fuel plates and insurance): $5000 biweekly / $10000 per month
• Paid direct deposit on a fixed bi-weekly period (26 pays/year)

Additional Costs

• Plates:
  • $250 per pay (until paid off)
• Insurance:
  • $310 per pay
• Parking: Owner-operator responsibility
  • Hamilton area preferred Windsor region can be accommodated

What Were Looking For

• Valid AZ license with a strong safety record (presentation of CVOR and Abstract printed within the last 30 days is required upon applying)
• 2 years minimum experience hauling a multi-axle flatbed
• 2 years minimum experience hauling steel product (coil experience preferred)
• Proven load securement
• Professional reliable and safety-focused
