• Shift: Rotating Nights
• Timing: 12:00 AM 8:00 AM
• Schedule: Every other weekend required

Job Summary

The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. This role ensures high-quality imaging while prioritizing patient safety comfort and adherence to radiation protection standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures as ordered
• Position patients appropriately to obtain high-quality images
• Operate and maintain radiologic imaging equipment
• Follow strict radiation safety and protection protocols
• Review images for clarity accuracy and diagnostic value
• Maintain detailed patient records and imaging documentation
• Assist physicians and radiologists during procedures
• Educate patients and ensure comfort during imaging exams
• Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of Radiology Tech experience
• Strong knowledge of imaging procedures and equipment

Preferred

• Hospital experience preferred
• Travel experience (preferred not required)

Education

• Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field

Certifications & Licensure

• Active Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification
• BLS American Heart Association
