Your Impact

Executive Support (Structure & Execution)

• Manage calendars scheduling and coordination
• Oversee communications inboxes and follow-ups
• Support reports presentations and internal systems
• Assist with invoicing payroll coordination and admin processes

Community Support (Human Connection)

• Be a first point of contact for individuals seeking guidance
• Help connect people to programs services and opportunities
• Ensure follow-up and continuity of support
• Track interactions with care and attention to detail

Brand Ambassador (Voice & Presence)

• Represent New Comienzos with professionalism and empathy
• Support outreach storytelling and communication
• Participate in meetings events and presentations when needed

Requirements

• 2 years supporting executives or leadership teams
• Experience in:
  • Executive / Virtual Assistant
  • Community support or case work
  • Brand communications or public-facing roles
• Bilingual English/Spanish (90100%)
• Strong organization attention to detail and follow-through
• Confidence in professional and public environments
• Based in Mexico City (CDMX)
• Valid U.S. visa availability to travel when needed

Tools & Skills

• Google Workspace
• Project management tools (Monday or similar)
• Canva and social media tools
• Basic understanding of administrative processes (invoicing payroll etc.)
