Job Summary
CLEANERS (PM)
Required as soon as possible - permanent
12.5 hours per week. 3.00 - 5.30 pm Monday to Friday
Term-time plus 50 hours to be worked during school holidays
Grade 4 Point 6
Full time salary: 24997
Actual salary: 7783.76
We are looking to recruit hardworking dependable and flexible cleaners to join our small and friendly team. The role is important in ensuring that our school is a safe clean and well maintained environment for students and staff. Key responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming mopping sweeping and dusting of classrooms bathrooms and communal areas
Comply with all relevant health & safety and infection control policies and procedures
Ensure all cleaning supplies are used and stored safely and stocks are replenished as required
Maintain equipment in good working condition
Report any maintenance or hygiene issues to the cleaning supervisor/facilities manager.
We are looking for someone who:
Understands the importance of maintaining hygiene & safety in environments with children
Can work efficiently independently and takes pride in high standards
Is physically capable of performing repetitive tasks lifting and bending.
Ideally has experience in a similar setting although full training will be provided.
