Internship (d/f/m) Detector Characterization Test Engineer

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Build up a test bench for detector illumination with variable intensity

  • Develop command and control software and data acquisition (DAQ) to automate test sequences

  • Validate the test bench

  • Characterize matrix active pixel sensors

  • Evaluate test data and summarize the result in a test report

Desired skills and qualifications

  • Enrolled full-time student in the area of electrical engineering physics electro-optics or an equivalent field of study.

  • First practical experience in the field of test and measurements and/or optics is desirable.

  • First practical experience in software coding like Python C etc.

  • First practical experience in data analysis and signal processing

  • Fluent in English.
