We are seeking Retail Sales Associates who have a desire to be on a winning team both on and off the field.As a Jays Shop team membersuccessful candidateswillberesponsible forelevating the fan experience through their merchandiseneeds outfitting fans as they uniteand show off their prideas part of the Blue Jays community.You will have the responsibility of creating unforgettable momentsutilizingexcellent customer serviceand communication skillsasafrontlinegame daystaff memberforthe12retail locationsat Rogers Centre.
Please note that these are seasonal roles aligned with the baseball and Rogers Centre events schedule spanning from approximately April to November 2026. These positions are part-time contracts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enthusiastically and promptly interact with our fans in an accommodating and respectfulmanner; attending to their needs to deliver the ultimate fan experience.
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the sales floor through general cleaning and restockingofmerchandise; ensure allinventoryis displayed in a visually appealing and profitable manner.
- Responsiblyoperatethe POS and process sales transactions efficiently;comply withall Payment Card Industry (PCI) principles.
- Effectively communicate product features promotions available services and relevantballparkand club information.
- Ensure all day-to-day store kiosk warehouse andballparkoperations are carried out in an orderly and professional approach.
- Enforce inventory controls in Jays Shop locations; including preserving andmaintainingthe condition of merchandise adhering to loss prevention guidelines and completing cycle counts with precision.
- Assistin receiving and processing regular product shipmentsandsubsequentstock procedures.
- Accountable for achievingdailyretail sales goals departmentalobjectives and promoting organizational values.
- Diffuse fan escalations with professionalism and promptly withappropriatecommunicationtoleadership team.
- Communicate fan feedback to theleadershipteam to enrich overall stadium and merchandise experience.
- Participate in the merchandise sales distribution and overall experience for other Rogers Centre events including concerts.
- Contribute to the positive team dynamic fostering a safe and welcoming space for all staff and fans.
- Adhere to and enforce all organizational and departmental policies and procedures including health and safety protocols within Jays Shop locations and across theballpark.

QUALIFICATIONS
Mustbe availableto work90% ofhome games (evenings weekends and holidays) and other Rogers Centre concerts/events as.
- A commitment to service excellence withpreviousretail or customer service experience preferred.
- Enjoys a high energy environment anddemonstratesan appreciation of the diverse background of Toronto Blue Jays fans and Jays Shop staff.
- Possessstrong communication interpersonal andproblem-solvingskills coupled with a professional and friendlydemeanour.
- Outgoing passionate and self-motivated; able to workeffectivelywith and without direct supervision.
- Significant attention to detail organizational skills anda high levelof accuracy.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment and work proficiently under pressure.
- An effectiveteam player and a collaborative frame of mind.
- Knowledge and understanding of baseball and the Toronto Blue Jays.
- Physical stamina and mobility including ability to lift carry kneel bend and reach.
Salary:The anticipated base compensation for this role is $18.20 per hour.
