Hours: Treatment Center hours 5 a.m. - 1 p.m. rotating Saturdays from 6 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for administering and dispensing the proper dose of methadone or buprenorphine medication to each client per order given by the prescribing licensed independent practitioner.
- Maintain accurate client dosing records as well as daily reconciliation and accountability of medication inventory as require by company policy and DEA regulations.
- Assist in screening of clients and keeps in close contact with appropriate team members regarding clients progress.
- Understand and complies with client boundaries and confidentiality.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Licensed as an RN or LPN in the state of Oregon.
- CPR certification
- Current drivers license
- Meet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program
- We follow guidelines regarding prohibited substances even those legal at the state level.
- Experience and understanding of chemical addiction is preferable.
