• $18 per hour
• Overtime opportunities available

• Assist Mitigation Technicians and Project Managers on water fire mold and storm damage jobs
• Perform demolition and debris removal safely and efficiently
• Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers dehumidifiers etc.)
• Load and unload materials tools and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites vehicles and warehouse
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners on-site

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting standing climbing)
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Valid drivers license preferred

• Experience in construction restoration or labor-intensive roles
• Desire to grow into a Mitigation Technician role
