We are looking for a Mitigation and Emergency Services Helper to join our teamsomeone ready to learn work hard and be part of a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Pay
$18 per hour
Overtime opportunities available
What Youll Do
Assist Mitigation Technicians and Project Managers on water fire mold and storm damage jobs
Perform demolition and debris removal safely and efficiently
Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers dehumidifiers etc.)
Load and unload materials tools and equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites vehicles and warehouse
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners on-site
What Were Looking For
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting standing climbing)
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Valid drivers license preferred
