What You Will Do:
- Own customer accounts: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts monitoring aging and working proactively to ensure timely payment.
- Build solutions through communication: Connect with customers through calls emails letters and texts to follow up on payments and maintain strong relationships.
- Resolve and document: Research and resolve invoice discrepancies while maintaining accurate detailed account notes.
- Support the team: Partner with field staff and teammates by supporting shared responsibilities including AR hotlines inbox coverage and monthly store review calls.

What You Will Need:
- Collections or service experience: At least two years of experience in collections and/or a customer serviceâfocused role.
- Clear professional communication: Strong verbal written and phone skills that reflect professionalism and respect.
- Financial and system proficiency: Basic accounting knowledge with confidence using Microsoft Office tools especially Excel.
- Attention to detail and accountability: A detailâoriented mindset with a proven ability to meet goals and manage priorities independently and as part of a team.
- Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
