Job Summary
You will act as a consultant to the dealers by working together with them on the development and implementation of their business plans. You will be working directly with the dealers and will be involved in a variety of activities to drive salesperformance including market analysis inventory management support problem resolution Program compliance customer retention and digital marketing support.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitating coaching and consulting with dealers toensure monthly/ yearly sales objectives are met as well as accomplishing other dealership goals
- Assistindealerandcustomerproblemresolution
- Manage dealer compliance of programs and administer policies and procedures
- Assistwithdealershipinventorymanagementincludingvehicleorderingandongoing stockoptimization
- Knowledge of all products services customer demographics or profiles and competitive automotive makes and models
- Worktoimproveretailwebsiteperformanceand increaseleadgeneratingactivities
- Analyze dealer sales local market conditions (salesregistration datadealer effectivenesslost sales) andcompetition to identify specific sales opportunities
- Coachdealeroncustomerretentionsatisfactionand dealershiployalty
- Assistinimplementingdealerleveldigitalmarketingandadvertisingcampaigns
- Conduct sales and training activities including remote customer contact meetings monthly
RequiredQualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferredbut not requiredmanager is open to considering equivalent experience (in a dealership or related field) if candidate does nothave a degree
- Entrylevelexperienceok
