Job Summary

Managing and overseeing the finishing phase of construction projects ensuring that all works are completed in line with the project specifications timelines and quality standards.

Reviewing and interpreting plans drawings and project documentation to ensure finishing details are aligned with design intent.

Performing regular inspections of finishes such as plastering painting tiling flooring woodwork fixtures and fittings to ensure quality standards.

Identifying and rectifying defects and snagging issues in coordination with trades and subcontractors.

Coordinating the activities of various finishing trades including painters carpenters tilers and decorators ensuring work is synchronized for efficiency.
