You will be responsible for:

  • Lead the maximization of advanced therapy (CAR-T) through the definition of price & reimbursement strategies both in the public and private market.

  • Analyze market access trends/changes in health policies. Continuous mapping of reimbursement and financing policies for health technologies in the private and public markets in Brazil

  • Anticipate and identify market access barriers for advanced therapies at local levels to reimburse new health technologies.

  • Develop and prepare the market access strategy for new technologies mapping requirements and local reimbursement policies.

  • Understand specifics needs from payers and health care Institutions identifying solutions for the parties mutual benefit.

  • Differentiate the products by aligning Johnson & Johnsons value proposition and local market experience with payer and institutional needs protecting the innovations value and providing robust data and tools to support them in adopting the technology our technology.

  • Works in close collaboration with the regional and global teams to define Johnson & Johnsons pricing and reimbursement strategy according to the local regulatory policies described by the health authorities.

  • Leads through influence; can integrate and mobilize multi-functional teams; results-oriented; controls emotions: balanced levelheaded; strong ability to build and maintain long term relationships; analytical skills and problem solver; takes ownership and assumes the responsibility of the outcomes/results; makes things happen; organizational savvy.

  • Functional attributes: Planning & organization; the following from the Market Access Competencies: Value proposition Access Models Evidence GAP Analysis Evidence Generation & Analytics and Smart Consumer of the evidence.

  • Foster collaboration alignment and seamless working across multiple teams like commercial and Medical Affairs functions.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration Economics Pharmacy or related fields;
  • Strategic thinking and strong business acumen;
  • Analytical profile with strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Productive dynamic and efficient in planning and executing work;
  • Strong planning communication and out-of-the-box thinking skills to solve complex problems;
  • Advanced English proficiency.

Technical Skills:

  • Desired (not mandatory) experience in access HEOR and/or strategic business-related areas;
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
  • Experience with market data analysis;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week on-site).
