Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Coordinator to join our team. As a Virtual Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative and operational tasks remotely. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage virtual administrative tasks including scheduling appointments managing emails and organizing documents

- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for clients and team members

- Communicate with clients and team members via phone email and other virtual platforms

- Maintain accurate records and databases

- Assist with marketing and social media efforts

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations

- Handle any other administrative or operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operational role

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual communication platforms

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus
