The Ryland Apartments is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team!
Job responsibilities for the position include:
Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments
Answering leasing calls and responding to online inquiries
Processing applications preparation of lease paperwork and weekly / monthly reports
Resolving resident issues or concerns
Coordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residents
Marketing of the community thru online advertisements corporate outreach and social media.
Successful candidates should possess the following job requirements:
1 to 3 years experience in Property Management
Experience with high rise lease up preferred
Knowledge of Yardi Software
Working knowledge of LRO is a plus
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Working most weekends is necessary (2 days off during the week)
Working during inclement weather is also necessary.
