Job Summary
The Ryland Apartments is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team!
Job responsibilities for the position include:
- Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments
- Answering leasing calls and responding to online inquiries
- Processing applications preparation of lease paperwork and weekly / monthly reports
- Resolving resident issues or concerns
- Coordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residents
- Marketing of the community thru online advertisements corporate outreach and social media.
Successful candidates should possess the following job requirements:
- 1 to 3 years experience in Property Management
- Experience with high rise lease up preferred
- Knowledge of Yardi Software
- Working knowledge of LRO is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Working most weekends is necessary (2 days off during the week)
- Working during inclement weather is also necessary.
