We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business across architecture design and construction markets.
This is a consultative sales role focused on solving client capacity and delivery challengesnot traditional staffing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage a strong pipeline of AEC clients
- Conduct discovery calls and identify delivery pain points
- Sell intelligent resourcing and POD-based solutions
- Manage CRM forecasting and deal progression
- Build long-term client relationships across global markets
Requirements
- 7 years B2B sales experience (AEC outsourcing staffing SaaS preferred)
- Understanding of architecture construction or BIM workflows (preferred)
- Strong consultative and relationship-based selling skills
- Proven track record of closing service-based deals
- Confident engaging senior decision-makers
