Steele St. Johns Chrysler is seeking an Undercoat Technician to join our team!

Located at 709 Topsail Road St. Johns NL A1N 3N4

As an Undercoat Technician with Steele St. Johns Chrysleryou will be responsible for applying protective coatings to the underside of vehicles to prevent corrosion and damage from road debris salt moisture and other environmental hazards. Additionally you will inspect vehicles for existing damage or corrosion before applying the undercoating and may recommend repairs as needed.

Please note that this role is not eligible for participation in the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Apply protective coatings to the underside of vehicles.
• Prevent corrosion and damage from road debris salt moisture etc.
• Utilize specialized equipment for undercoating application.
• Follow specific procedures to ensure thorough coverage.
• Assist in washing vehicles as required

Requirements:

• Experience in cleaning interior and exterior of motor vehicles and great attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Valid drivers license clean drivers abstract.
• Self-motivated and have excellent time management skills.
