You will play a key role in modernizing energy distribution networks by enabling real-time monitoring data collection and analysis contributing to a more intelligent and secure grid infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the design and delivery of the project ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements
Manage scope budget timelines and deliverables
Coordinate and lead a cross-functional project team
Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with organizational standards
Translate business needs into actionable project plans
Monitor risks dependencies and project performance
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have)
Degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field
Minimum 35 years of experience in Project Management
Proven experience in Operational Technology (OT) environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in Distribution System Operators (DSO) or energy sector
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project)
Project Context
This role supports the development of a Smart Grid ecosystem aimed at improving network observability and energy flow monitoring.
Key initiatives include:
Deployment of smart meters at low-voltage (LV) prosumer level
Monitoring systems for medium-voltage (MV) renewable energy producers
Enhancing real-time visibility of network performance and security
Additional Information
Duration: Until November 2027 (with possible 18-month extension)
Workload: Full-time
Estimated: 330 working days
Work model: Hybrid (approx. 3 days on-site per week)
Locations: Liège & Ans with travel across the network region
Selection based on 60% quality and 40% price
