Labcorp is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in Tsukiji Chuo-ku Tokyo site.

Job Responsibilities:

• Driving revenue growth by managing existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities across Japan.

• Leverage industry expertise within the healthcare sectorcombined with robust sales skillsto effectively articulate the value of Labcorps advanced diagnostic services to medical institutions.

• The position involves direct client engagement and collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

• Building a Strong Relationship with Japan local Clinical Testing Center

• As a Sales Representative he/she will expand the volume of test submissions among key accounts through proactive sales activities thereby achieving your individual targets while also providing support to relevant departments to ensure the attainment of company-wide objectives.

• Breaking free from conventional sales practices we consistently devise and implement efficient high-quality sales strategies while effectively managing both new and existing customer relationships.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelors degree.

• 3 years of working experiences in Sales in Medical / Life science field

Preferred:

• English proficiency (business level).

• Knowledge of genetics or clinical testing.

• Experience in clinical diagnostics or pharmaceutical sales.

Additional Job Standards:

• Strong commitment to the Sales budget

• Team Player

• Strong communication skills
