Precision Measures advances measurement science grounded in human dataincluding fluids tissues highdimensional biology and neuroimagingto support the endtoend close collaboration with internal and external partners the organization delivers decisionenabling insights spanning target selection early and late clinical development regulatory submissions and postmarket evidence generation.
The Senior Principal Scientist Clinical and Biomarker Data Analytics is a senior individual contributor who serves as a scientific and analytical leader supporting neuroscience biomarker discovery screening funnel optimization and biomarker endpoint development from discovery through clinical development. Reporting to the Head of Quantitative Imaging and Clinical Biomarkers the incumbent works in close partnership with Precision Measures and across Neuroscience functions on advanced quantitative and modeling approaches to enable robust biomarker strategies and development decisions.
Operating with minimal direction the incumbent leads biomarkers analyses across disease areas and measurement modalities. The role requires independent scientific judgment and deep quantitative expertise to evaluate and validate biomarkers in their context of use. The incumbent serves as a key scientific authority on crossfunctional teams and contributes to biomarker strategy development analytical evidence packages and expert input.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a senior scientific leader for clinical and biomarker data analytics partnering with Precision Measures and Neuroscience functions to drive data-informed biomarker strategy across discovery and development.
Lead quantitative analyses supporting biomarker discovery screening funnel performance and endpoint development ensuring analytical rigor and fitness-for-purpose in a clinical trial context.
Apply advanced modeling and statistical methods to integrate multimodal biomarker data (e.g. imaging fluid clinical endpoints) and generate interpretable evidence to inform decision-making.
Quantify and interpret relationships between biomarkers and clinical outcomes supporting assessment of biomarker utility for enrichment stratification and endpoint development.
Provide hands-on analytical leadership for biomarker datasets including data curation modeling validation and interpretation with emphasis on reproducibility and scalability.
Partner closely with Clinical Statistics Data Science and operational teams to ensure analytical approaches are aligned with study objectives protocols and development timelines.
Operate effectively in cross functional teams influencing strategy and execution while leading complex analytical workstreams with broad autonomy and minimal supervision.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams contributing to capability building and scientific excellence across the organization.

Required Qualifications
A Ph.D. degree in bioinformatics biomedical engineering applied statistics or related fields.
At least 10 years of relevant experience.
A strong publication record including first author publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Excellent communication collaboration and influencing skills.
Proven ability to work in teams with diverse expertise and lead projects with broad autonomy.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with biomarker discovery or use of Neuroscience biomarkers in clinical trials.
Hands-on experience with advanced modeling methods (e.g. statistical modeling multivariate methods machine learning or related quantitative approaches).

$137000.00 - $235750.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
