COVID 19 On-Campus Requirements

Prior to May 1 2022 the University required all students faculty staff and visitors (including contractors) to declare their COVID-19 vaccination status and provide proof that they were fully vaccinated or had an approved accommodation to engage in in-person University activities. These requirements were suspended effective May 1 2022 but the University may reinstate them at any point.

Queens IT Services is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the growth of our Enterprise CRM (ECRM). In this role youll build the technical solutions that enhance recruitment and admissions improve the student experience and streamline processes for staff across campus.

Youll translate business needs into reliable Salesforce configurations Apex code Lightning Web Components and integrations. Working closely with analysts and project teams youll help design solutions refine user stories and ensure technical best practices. Your work will improve system performance optimize workflows and expand our use of Salesforce across the institution. This position programs maintains develops and supports various databases applications websites and/or systems. This position consults with units or departments on a variety of applications needs. This position installs designs codes modifies tests debugs and maintains applications to meet user needs. This position also analyses and revises system logic develops and maintains bridging integrations between systems modifies procedures and documents changes.

This collaborative role includes participating in architecture discussions code reviews testing and deployments while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Youll gain experience with enterprise systems and large-scale CRM implementations as part of Queens digital transformation.

Job Description

What you will do
Programs maintains develops and supports various databases applications websites and/or systems.
Consults with units or departments on a variety of applications needs.
Installs designs codes modifies tests debugs and maintains applications to meet user needs.
Analyses and revises system logic modifies procedures and documents changes.
Develops scripts to automate processes.
Develops and maintains bridging integrations between systems.
Provides detailed instructions and documentation on system operations.
Revises procedures and documentation to describe program development logic coding and corrections.

Required Education
Three-year Community College Diploma or Three-Year Bachelor Degree or addition requires trade certification qualification or on-going learning to remain ahead of changes in technology or emerging fields.

Required Experience
More than 3 years and up to and including 5 years of experience.
Consideration may be given to an equivalent combination of education and experience.
