Position Overview

This position provides hands-on experience in day-to-day supply chain and customer operations across three product lines: e-commerce professional turf and contract manufacturing. The intern will support order management logistics coordination and customer-facing activities while gaining real-world experience with enterprise systems transportation processes and customer dynamics in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a foundational understanding of supply chain customer service and logistics processes across multiple product lines

• Enter and manage customer orders and coordinate logistics using SAP transportation management systems and ecommerce/customer service platforms

• Perform data entry and general systems administration to maintain accurate order shipment and customer records

• Create and maintain spreadsheets reports statements and operational documentation to support business activities

• Communicate with customers to support order status delivery details and general inquiries via email and phone

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

• Pursuing bachelors degree in business supply chain sales or related field

• 0-2 years relevant experience required

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
