Were on the hunt for a Producer Integrated Productionsomeone who can take a great idea elevate it and launch it into the world without flinching at budgets timelines or the occasional curveball. Reporting to an Executive Producer youll lead small and midsized projects while supporting large integrated projects with confidence and craft.

• Champion the creative.Youll elevate the creative by finding versatile solutions to keep good ideas alive and make them even stronger as they evolve into fully realized projects.

• Be the feasibility guru.Youll help determine whats possible within the realities of budget timing and scopeand how to make it great anyway.

• Team up across the agency.Youll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of art directors copywriters designers account management project managers creators editors and animators.

• Mentor with heart.Youll guide junior talent and share your production wisdom to help the whole department level up.

• Build a dream roster.Youll develop and curate a trusted network of partners and go-to resources for any kind of production challenge.

• Run integrated productions (<500k) Youll engage with multi-discipline teams vendor procurement and management and ensure overall quality of work of deliverables and workstreams.

• Partner with Business Affairs.Youll work hand-in-hand with BA from concept to delivery. You understand AICP and AICE bid formats and can evaluate for accuracy. You know when to secure permits releases usage terms and other rights clearances. Youll track and actualize production budgets.

• Navigate SAG-AFTRA .Youll apply basic knowledge of talent guidelines usage terms and payments to keep everything compliant and smooth.

• Keep everything moving.Meetings notes status reports task lists deadline trackingyoull be the organizational backbone. Internally and externally youll make sure everyone knows whats happening why and what comes next.

• See around corners.Youll anticipate a projects trajectory and put strategic plans in placenot just reacting but steering.

• Wrap it smart.Youll lead post-project summaries and share learnings that help make the next job even better.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum agency or production experience

• Demonstrated experience producing small to midsize projects independently including development of production specs and schedules leading projects from pre-production through final delivery

• Experience assessing feasibility of creative projects and proposing production solutions that push the quality of work forward

• Endlessly curious production-obsessed and always chasing clever solutions

At dentsu we believe great work happens when were connected. Our way of working combines flexibility with in-person collaboration to spark ideas and strengthen our teams. Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices currently located in Chicago metro Detroit Los Angeles and New York City are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients which may include attendance in an office.

Theannualsalary range for this positionis $66300 - $90000.Placement within the salary rangeis based on a variety of factorsincluding relevant experience knowledge skills and other factors permitted by law.
