Personal Care Assistant (PCA) New Hampshire
Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) New Hampshire
Caregiver with relevant home care experience

Candidates must meet New Hampshire requirements for providing personal care services.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care
Support client safety mobility and daily routines
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and errands
Provide companionship and emotional support
Observe document and report changes in client condition

Requirements

Active New Hampshire LNA license or PCA/caregiver experience
Ability to pass a background check and BEAS Registry screening
Reliable transportation preferred
Compassionate dependable and professional
Ability to work independently while following care plans
