Job Summary
Plant Engineer Needed!A small hands-on manufacturing company specializing inadvanced materials is seeking a Plant Engineerto support plant operations projects and process is an onsite role focused on leading plant projects supporting equipment design/installation and improving production efficiency. Youll work closely with maintenance contractors and leadership to keep operations running smoothly in a 24/5 manufacturing environment.

- Lead and support plant projects process improvements and waste management initiatives
- Oversee equipment designinstallation and upgrades
- Coordinate contractors vendors and internal teams
- Provide technical support for plant operations and expansion efforts
- Work with systems including pumps motors valves controls and PLCs
What Theyre Looking For
- Engineering background (Mechanical Electrical or Chemical)
- 5 years in production/manufacturing environment
- Basic PLC and controls knowledge
- Strong hands-on problem-solving mindset
Comp & Details
- Salary: $90K$100K with flexibility
- Profit-sharing bonus
- Hours: 8:004:30 (with some flexibility)
- Small team highly hands-on environment
