Primary Care Family Medicine Academic Opportunity- Kingston NY- 90 minutes North of New York City
Affiliated with Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck New York Nuvance HealthMedical Practice is seeking a board-certified Family Medicine Physician to work with our Family Medicine residents in conjunction with our busy and growing practice.In this role you will work with the Program Director to develop and implement continuing medical opportunity is for someone that is passionate about supervising educating mentoring and evaluating our Family Medicine Residents.This role is 0.5 FTE part-time working 20 hours per week.
Our employed outpatient practices utilize our hospitalist program for in-patient admissions. Our physicians work in a respectful and collegial environment with excellent work life balance. We offer a highly competitive base salary comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
Our new multispecialty center in Kingston brings together primary care providers OB/GYN imaging Rheumatology and Sports Medicine all under one roof. Located in the scenic Hudson Valley Kingston is a 1.5 hour drive upstate of New York City and is close to great hiking biking restaurants and overall great country life.

Were seeking a compassionate missiondriven physician dedicated to delivering comprehensive teambased care for a diverse adult patient population. Youll partner with skilled multidisciplinary staff to manage acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness across an entire panel of patients.
Youll also enjoy working in a fully outpatient setting with a stateoftheart systemwide integrated electronic health record ensuring seamless communication and coordination across hospitals and practice sites.

Job Requirements:
- MD or DO with NY State License and Federal DEA
- Have successfully completed Family Medicine and be Board Certified.
- Off-hour coverage Shared among multiple providers phone-calls only with nurse triage
