Job Summary
Pest Control
Trustworthy- We are entrusted with clients homes- We see and experience sometimes sensitivethings in homes and my expectation is that information stays private.
Motivated- I cannot be with my employees at all times of the day therefore I need someone that can stay focused and on task to complete the assigned jobs in a safe and efficient manner.
Clean/ Safe Driving record- We travel a good many miles. The candidate has to be able to navigate in our vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.
Good Communication Skills- we interact with multiple clients daily- a good candidatemust be able to be polite conscientious and able to speakwith our clients They do not have to have all the answers though.
Able to Climb Ladders- We use ladders but try to not have to but it does happen
able to lift and carry 40 to 50lb sprayers on your back
Able to Wear a Respirator- We wear them everyday
On Time- as a person and employer I am a stickler on being on time
Able to Walk and Bend- we put a lot of steps in in a day and oftentimes bending down to do the work required
The job responsibilities can include the following:
Rodent Service- Mice and Rats
Tic/ Mosquito Treatments
General Pest Control- Ants Bees Spiders Bedbugs Cockroaches and Other pests
