Description for LEAD CARPENTER:

• Lead and assist in residential carpentry and general labor

• Measure mark cut and shape materials accurately using hand and power tools

• Install windows (Jeld Wen Alpine Windows) and other structural elements

• Read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications

• Oversee and maintain job site safety and productivity

• Perform framing trim work siding and finish carpentry

• Handle site preparation tasks including brush clearing and grading

• Build or assist in the construction of sheds enclosures and other outbuildings

Details for LEAD CARPENTER:

• Pay:$27.00 $35.00/hr (DOE)

• Schedule: Monday Friday

• Start Time: 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM

• Job Locations: Olympia Tumwater Centralia Chehalis Ethel Lacey

• Type of Work: Residential construction carpentry excavation grading and general labor

Requirements for LEAD CARPENTER:

• Proven experience in residential carpentry and construction

• Skilled in reading blueprints and measuring accurately

• Proficient with hand and power tools (saws drills nail guns etc.)

• Able to lift 5075 lbs

• Capable of standing stooping bending and pulling for extended periods

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment

• Must be able to pass a drug screen

• Background restrictions may apply
