Behavior Technician (Part Time 330-630)
Job Summary
At CCBS behavior technicians carry real clinical responsibility. You are the person implementing each clients program measuring their growth and building the kind of trusted relationship that person-centered care depends on.
Day to day
- Implementing individualized skill-building programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
- Collecting behavioral data every session to track progress
- Working with clients through structured activities and play
- Communicating with your clinical team and the families you serve
- Keeping your therapy space clean and organized
What we need from you
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years old
- Valid CA drivers license and reliable transportation (up to 40 miles/day between clients)
- Available MondayFriday 12:306:30 PM
- Completion of CA LiveScan and background check
- Cleared TB test and completed immunizations
- Able to physically engage with and lift children up to 50 lbs
- RBT certification (well cover training and certification if you dont have it)
- Experience with children with developmental delays or disabilities
Compensation and benefits
- $23$30/hr depending on experience
- Paid RBT certification training
- Paid drive time and mileage between clients
- Benefits starting at 25 hrs/week
- Career path: RBT Program Manager BCBA Mentoring BCBA
- No evenings or weekends sessions end by 6:30 PM
