Job Description

• Obtain and verify vendor order acknowledgements
• Provide purchase order updates to sales (dates delays changes)
• Assist with PO updates including costs and delivery dates
• Reconcile invoice discrepancies with buyers
• Partner with receiving to share required paperwork
• Build working relationships with vendor contacts
• Support consignment management and system updates
• Maintain reports records and OnTime Delivery data
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and vendors

• 612 months of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Associates Degree
