Job Summary
About the roleWe are building a high-performance sales team in the Philippines to serve both existing clients and new prospects. You will handle inbound calls from current clients to upsell and grow their accounts while also running outbound cold calling and warm calling campaigns to acquire new clients for our digital marketing products. High-value opportunities you identify will be handed off to our Phoenix Arizona-based DMA (Digital Marketing Analyst) closing team.What youll doInbound existing clients:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries from clients sourced through the marketplace to sell them.
- Identify and present upsell and upgrade opportunities on every client interaction
- Sell add-on services including SEO listings ads and adds on
- Sell lead generation website packages to clients not yet on the product
Outbound existing clients and new prospect acquisition:
- Make a minimum of 100 outbound dials per day to both existing clients and prospective new clients
- Pitch and close lead generation websites and digital marketing add-on packages
- Qualify high-value prospects and schedule discovery calls with the Phoenix DMA team
- Follow up with warm leads via phone and email
- Meet or exceed the sales quota that will be established upon onboarding
Handoff and collaboration:
- Schedule a minimum of 5 qualified calls per day for the Phoenix DMA closing team
- Maintain a 70% or higher show rate on all scheduled handoff appointments
- Follow up with all no-show appointments to reschedule and re-qualify
- Brief the Phoenix DMA team on each prospect before their call
- Log all activity and outcomes in the CRM after every interaction
What youll be selling
- Lead generation websites entry-level packages self-close
- Digital marketing add-ons including SEO listings ads and add on
- Upsells and upgrades for existing clients
- For larger higher-value packages qualify and schedule for the Phoenix DMA closing team
KPIs youll be measured on
- Minimum 100 outbound dials per day/per person
- 20 to 30 inbound calls handled per day from the marketplace/ per team
- 5 or more Phoenix DMAscalls scheduled per day/ per team
- 70% or higher handoff show rate with follow-up on all no-shows
- Sales quota to be defined upon team onboarding
Compensation
- Competitive base pay (PHP-based)
- Performance bonus tied to closes and qualified handoffs
- Growth path as the team scales from 5 reps and beyond
What we are looking for
- 1 to 3 years of outbound telemarketing inside sales or customer success experience
- Excellent spoken and written English clear confident and persuasive on the phone
- Experience selling digital marketing products is a strong plus (websites SEO lead gen) and add on like AI
- Comfortable working in CRM tools such as HubSpot GoHighLevel or Salesforce
- Self-motivated and able to work independently during US business hours
- Goal-driven with a track record of hitting sales or activity targets
- Professional and friendly tone with both new prospects and existing clients
