Job Summary
- Conduct rapid site verification visits and submit geo-tagged Verification Notes with photographic evidence
- Execute monthly field audit visits cross-check IoT data against actual production and operator activity
- Report any equipment downtime tamper events or operational anomalies within 24 hours
- Engage community leadership and operator networks to maintain trust and surface early warning signals
- Verify repayment activity and flag any signs of delinquency bypass or side-selling immediately
- Support operator training payment walkthrough and basic maintenance capacity building
- Collect field data for MEL baseline midline and endline assessments as directed
- Complete and submit weekly field activity reports to the Operations Lead and MEL & Reporting Lead
- Total Professional Experience- 25 years
- Field Operations Experience Required rural agricultural or clean energy field context
- Community Engagement Required
- Data Collection & Reporting Required structured field reporting and documentation
- Technical Troubleshooting Preferred basic equipment or energy system diagnostics
- PUE / Clean Energy Context Preferred
