Finance transformation is ultimately about aligning business intent data and system behaviour.

We work with organisations in complex financial services environments where consolidation accuracy reporting integrity and audit readiness are critical. Across these environments finance systems are continuously evolving - through optimisation upgrade or migration across EPM platforms.

This opportunity places you within these delivery environments supporting the stabilisation and improvement of financial consolidation and reporting processes. Youll operate at the intersection of finance and technology ensuring requirements are clearly defined and translated into solutions that perform reliably through close and reporting cycles.

This is a consulting contract with the potential to transition into a longer-term or permanent role depending on project requirements.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the bridge between Finance IT and Data stakeholders
• Elicit structure and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Support financial consolidation and reporting processes across EPM platforms
• Work across core processes including data integration metadata consolidation and reporting
• Assist during month-end and year-end close cycles resolving system and data-related issues
• Ensure data integrity reconciliation and consistency across systems
• Define and support UAT processes including test scenarios and business sign-off
• Maintain governance controls and audit readiness
• Contribute to process improvement and practical solution design.

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• Relevant qualification (Finance IT or related)
• 26 years Business Analysis experience (Financial Services or similar environments preferred)
• Exposure to financial consolidation and reporting processes (e.g. group reporting intercompany eliminations close cycles)
• Experience working with or alongside EPM platforms such as: FCCS/ OneStream/ SAP BPC/ SAP Group Reporting with Oracle HFM / Hyperion being highly advantageous
• Strong ability to engage both finance and technical stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile or structured delivery environments
• Completed BA certification (e.g. FTI) preferred
