Job Summary
Essential Functions
- Sales Analytics & Reporting
Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
Support data analysis for sales trends forecasting and KPI tracking.
Perform basic data cleaning validation and dashboard updates.
- CRM & Tools Support
Help maintain CRM data accuracy (e.g. Salesforce).
Track opportunity pipeline hygiene lead status updates and funnel metrics.
Provide first-level support for sales teams on tools and reporting issues.
- Process & Productivity Improvement
Support execution of sales productivity initiatives and governance routines.
Assist in preparing training materials performance trackers and insights decks.
- Business Insights & Coordination
Work cross-functionally with Sales Marketing Finance and Operations.
support business review presentations and dashboards for leadership.
