DESCRIPTION:
The Channel Manager Projects is responsible for driving channel efficiency ensuring data integrity and supporting strategic planning through structured reporting analysis and channel governance. The role focuses on optimizing channel performance improving visibility through dashboards and enabling business growth via effective planning and execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 810 years of relevant experience in channel management sales operations or business analytics
- Proven experience in channel governance and leading end-to-end cross-functional projects
- Strong experience in reporting business planning (AOP) and channel strategy development and execution
Key Responsibilities
- Channel data governance
- Ensure accuracy consistency and timeliness of channel revenue/booking data while maintaining high standards of data hygiene across systems and dashboards
- Generate insights through data analysis highlighting performance trends and actionable recommendations
- Prepare and deliver MBR/QBR reports with clear visibility on channel performance and key business metrics
- Channel Projects
- Lead end-to-end channel projects aligned with overall strategy and business objectives ensuring timely and effective execution
- Define project scope timelines milestones and success metrics in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive strategic initiatives and implement frameworks to enhance channel performance efficiency visibility and governance
- Secondary & Inventory Analysis
- Drive and monitor secondary sales and project pipeline in coordination with internal and external stakeholders; track closures and performance metrics
- Provide actionable insights through secondary data analysis including performance trends and predictive sales guidance for channels
- Analyze and report channel inventory levels identifying risks such as overstocking and stock-outs and recommend corrective actions
- Channel Rationalization
- Evaluate channel network performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Lead onboarding/offboarding decisions based on strategic fitment and performance
- Ensure alignment with territory and AOP goals
