Finance Team Leader Accounts Payable

Your future tasks will be

On a daily basis:

• Ensure AP operations run smoothly during migration and BAU meeting policy/regulatory requirements.
• Drive standardisation best practices and continuous improvement/efficiency projects.
• Lead and develop the team: staffing onboarding training coaching 1:1s performance and talent reviews; ensure backup coverage.
• Manage stakeholder relationships: handle escalations run surveys analyse feedback and close improvement gaps.
• Own delivery: plan workload hit KPIs/targets maintain quality and audit compliance; support internal/external audits.
• Own/lead a strategic project and promote proactive solution-oriented ways of working aligned to AP vision/mission.

You are the ideal candidate if...

• You have 5 years relevant Finance experience including 3 years in an international SSC environment.
• You have strong leadership and stakeholder management; ability to influence prioritise and deliver on tight timelines.
• You have analytical and customer-focused with strong facilitation and presentation skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• You have experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and strong MS Office skills; confident producing reports from data.
• You are fluent English; collaborative team player.
• AP experience is an advantage.
