As part of the STX Groupone of worlds leading environmental commodity traders our Budapest team supports the Groups financial operations across multiple markets. We are currently looking for a Junior Financial Administrator to strengthen our accounting operations and support the dynamic growth of our business.

About the Role:

Our Finance team thrives on adaptability and collaboration. We are committed to maintaining high standards while supporting STXs ambitious global expansion. Youll join a group that values clear communication ownership and ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice and Expense Administration - Process incoming invoices and employee expenses in accordance with financial procedures including proper coding VAT treatment and approval routing using ISPnext and Rydoo.
• Bank and Payment Transactions - Manage daily bank statement imports perform automated and manual transaction reconciliations and prepare non-trade payment batches in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Reconciliation and Reporting - Support daily monthly and year-end closing activities through reconciliations between General Ledger Subledgers and bank accounts.
• Financial Controls and Compliance - Ensure adherence to accounting policies and assist with audits and ad-hoc reporting requests.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or equivalent certification
• Understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with repetitive data accurately
• Proactive reliable and capable of working autonomously
• Working knowledge of Excel; familiarity with ERP or expense systems is a plus
• Fluent English; Hungarian fluency preferred
