Job Summary
Griffith Centers is seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to provide excellent customer service and administrative support to individuals receiving services foster families host homes biological families visitors and employees. This role is an important first point of contact and helps ensure the office runs smoothly efficiently and with a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and provide direction to individuals receiving services customers visitors and employees entering the building or calling by phone.
- Maintain strict confidentiality with all information related to Griffith Centers PASA.
- Maintain appropriate calendars by working closely with PASA staff and the Director.
- Make reminder calls before training and provider monthly meetings.
- Complete faxing and postal needs for the organization.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Assist with room scheduling training scheduling meeting organization and meeting supply preparation.
- Maintain a record of all visitors.
- Assist with file maintenance including filing in binders and archiving documents as needed.
- Scan and save documents in appropriate computer platforms.
- Assist with general filing duties.
- Communicate and assist with general office repair and maintenance needs.
- Maintain workstations conference rooms and lobby areas to ensure they are clean and presentable.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to work respectfully and professionally with a variety of people and situations.

- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening as a condition of employment in accordance with Colorado Department of Human Services regulations for childcare facilities. This screening includes initial and ongoing state criminal background checks fingerprinting sex offender registry searches and abuse and neglect clearances. If the employee has lived in any other state within the past five years equivalent background and abuse/neglect checks from those states will also be conducted.
- Employees are required to complete a health evaluation or physical examination prior to beginning service to confirm fitness for duty and annually thereafter.

Required Experience:
Junior IC
