Pronto Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage inventory and shipments in a local production facility.
Job Summary
Pronto Staffing is hiring an Inventory and Receiving Coordinator to handle incoming goods and keep accurate this role you will make sure all materials are counted organized and tracked correctly. This is a great position for someone who enjoys staying organized and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Receive incoming shipments and check them against purchase orders
Verify item quantities and lot numbers for accuracy
Move materials to the correct spots in the warehouse
Perform regular inventory counts to ensure stock levels are correct
Use software systems to track orders and manage samples
Follow food safety and quality standards at all times
Help with basic record-keeping and data entry
Requirements
2 or more years of experience in receiving or inventory management
Ability to use inventory software and basic computer programs
Strong understanding of tracking systems and shipping paperwork
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to speak read and write in English
Work Environment
Must be able to stand walk and move throughout the facility for the full shift
Ability to lift and move boxes or materials as needed
Work is performed in a regulated production and warehouse setting
Professional dress code is required (jeans with no holes and plain t-shirts)
