This role is responsible for managing complex technical products that align with business objectives and customer needs within the organization. It involves owning the product lifecycle end to end including vision roadmap technical delivery and stakeholder collaboration.

This position also serves as the Product Owner for an Agile scrum team ensuring that business requirements are translated into clear prioritized work aligned with system stability and business value. The role partners closely with Solution Architecture and Engineering to support delivery of scalable billing platform capabilities.

Success is measured by delivering products that meet business goals customer satisfaction and technical performance metrics while ensuring reliability of critical billing and end-of-day processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle by defining vision strategy and roadmap to align with business and technical goals

  • Conduct market and customer research toidentifyopportunities and inform product decisions based on data analysis and customer feedback

  • Translate product strategy into detailed features and user stories managing the product backlog to support Agile development teams

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to coordinate release schedules and ensuretimelyproduct delivery

  • Monitor product performance and quality in production addressing defects and driving continuous improvement

  • Ensure product quality by partnering with QA to review andvalidatetest coverage for critical billing and payment flows

  • Also responsible for other duties/projects asassigned by business management as needed


Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)

  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science EngineeringITor equivalent experience. (Required)

  • 3years experienceinhands ontechnical writing productioncode solution engineering or technical architecture in large scale company/ application/product environment. (Required)

  • 5 years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. (Required)


KnowledgeSkillsand Abilities:

  • Agile Methodologies Proven success in delivering software with Agile Scrummethodologiesbacklog management and Scrum practices. (Required)

  • Technical Writing Strong requirements elicitation and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences. (Required)

  • Agile Project Management Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools. (Required)

  • Collaboration Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can ingest. (Required)

  • Project Management Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role. (Required)

  • Communication Proven ability toeffectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills withabilityto present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders. (Required)

  • Ability to develop initiatives features and user stories for engineering teams creatingshort termandlong termproduct roadmaps.

  • Experience delivering large and complex business and technology initiatives

  • Deep understanding of platform technologies including APIs integrations performance and system architecture

  • Strong analytical and business analysis skills with data-driven decision making

  • Experiecnce using Gitlab and use of SQL and data analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with billing platforms including rating invoicing and accounts receivable processes

  • Familiarity with batch processing and end-of-day workflows in high-volume systems

  • Working knowledge of technologies such asJavaC C or Oracle PL/SQL

  • Experience assessing production risk and supporting high-availability systems

  • Strong prioritization stakeholder management and decision-making skills in complex environments

  • Demonstrated extensive experienceleveragingJIRA to manage product backlogs prioritize features track progress and collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Licenses and Certifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Scrum Product Owner Certification (CSPO) (Preferred)

  • Other Technical Certification Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) (Preferred)

  • At least 18 years of age

Base Pay Range: $103400 - $186400

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
