YourLiebherrCareer Paint Technician

• • Provide surface preparation and painting of cranes and heavy lifting equipment
  • Work as part of a closeknit team of painters focused on quality safety and ontime delivery
  • Prepare crane surfaces by cleaning sanding masking and applying primers
  • Operate spray-painting equipment to apply industrial coatings (e.g. Two Pac epoxy polyurethane)
  • Mix and match paint to required specifications and colour codes
  • Inspect surfaces for defects and ensure high-quality finishes
  • Follow safety protocols including working at heights and in confined spaces
  • Maintain and clean spray equipment and tools
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to coordinate painting schedules
  • Applying quality control techniques
  • Inspecting work for conformity to established standards
  • Document completed work and report any defects or hazards
  • Painting and Touch-Ups
  • Paint covers and components as required.
  • Perform touch-ups to address scratches and nicks ensuring a high-quality finish.

Essential

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Trade qualification in spray painting or industrial coatings
• Drivers License

Desirable

• Liebherr earthmoving equipment experience
• High Risk Licenses; LF DG EWP
• Working at Heights certificate
