Senior Manager, Machine Learning

• Lead a team of scientists and engineers to deliver new customer-facing Gen AI features powered by advanced technology from concept to customer impact from proof-of-concept to prod end-to-end.
• Advocate for scientific and engineering excellence ensuring scalability reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with customers partners product management and cross-functional teams to align development with product goals.
• Foster a winning culture built on collaboration transparency diversity inclusivity and shared accomplishments.
• Attract hire onboard and retain top talent through mentorship and regular guidance.

• A minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience with 3 years in management.
• Solid foundation in generative AI LLMs ML model development and production deployment.
• Experience with agentic AI systems and AI developer tools like Claude Code and Cursor AI.
• Proficiency in Python and strong grounding in data structures and algorithms.
• Hands-on knowledge of MLOps practices and pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud ML services (AWS GCP Azure).
• Led and shipped a customer-facing Gen AI feature from proof-of-concept to production end-to-end.
• MS or PhD in Computer Science Machine Learning or a related technical field or equivalent experience.

Expected Pay Range:

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
