- Four days a week
- Ten to fifteen hours a week
- Two games a week

SUMMARY:
The Watertown Public Schools seeks an outstanding girls soccer coach for the middle school girls team for the 2025-2026 school year. WPS is dedicated to excellence equity and community. Be a part of creating a bright future for WPS students.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning all areas of their team.
- Leading and assisting their coaching staff in coordinating efforts under one program goal and ensuring compliance with rules at all levels.
- Analyze game strategy.
- Implementation of skill development.
- Coverage on bus trips.
- Video analysis of games.
- Statistical analysis of games.
- Attend all league and local district and state meetings when necessary.
- Reaching out to local Youth Groups to promote their respective sport in town.
- Planning award ceremonies and individual award winners.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- CPR certified.
- NFHS concussion course completed.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience coaching soccer
- Strong communication and leadership skills
