Were seeking a marketing analytics professional who partners crossfunctionally to deliver advanced AIdriven insights across campaigns and the funnel. Youll build realtime dashboards translate data into clear recommendations for leaders and ensure high standards of data quality governance and automation.
Your role:
Support analytics and reporting solutions from initial intake through deployment including building Power BI reports dashboards and apps using certified enterprise semantic models. Develop thin datasets connected to trusted data sources deliver shortturnaround reporting with high accuracy independently manage lowercomplexity requests and support minor enhancements while escalating more complex design or architectural decisions as needed.
Perform data validation and analysis using SQL to ensure accuracy consistency and reliability of reporting outputs. Ensure all reports adhere to established data governance security and visualization standards while supporting data integrations and reporting workflows under guidance to maintain consistency across the analytics ecosystem.
Support new DevOps tickets with guidance participate in backlog refinement and task tracking and execute functional and regression testing to ensure solution quality. Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination support issue resolution and maintain clear documentation for deployed reports datasets and related processes.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to clarify reporting needs provide progress updates and support demo preparation. Gather postlaunch feedback to drive continuous improvement while steadily building business domain knowledge and strengthening technical skills under supervision.
Youre the right fit if:
Youve acquired 4 years of experience in information management information systems computer science and data analytics with no degree.
Strong SQL skills for data validation analysis and troubleshooting accompanied by hands-on experience with building dashboards in Microsoft Power BI reporting and data models. Experience working with analytics solutions and data-driven applications.
Familiarity with delivery and backlog management tools such as Azure DevOps or similar preferred; familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate) coupled with a certification in LEAN Basic Data Analytics Project Management preferred. Experience supporting analytics or reporting solutions ability to translate business requirements into functional deliverables strong attention to detail and accuracy and excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
You have at least a bachelors degree or 4 years of relevant experience.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

The pay range for this position in Tennessee is $66000 to $105000 annually.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
