We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Trainee Customer Field Technician joining our Field Operations team on a 12month traineeship. This role is designed to support you as you build both confidence and capability while completing a Certificate III in Telecommunications and learning alongside experienced technicians coaches and engineers.
A bit about your role
As a Trainee Customer Field Technician you will play an important part in connecting communities by supporting the installation repair and maintenance of nbns network across customer premises and external infrastructure. With guidance and encouragement from your field team you will learn how to work across a range of technologies including fibre copper and HFC while delivering safe highquality outcomes for customers every day. This role is handson and purposeful combining technical problemsolving with genuine human connection as you collaborate closely with colleagues partners and customers to ensure work is completed right the first time. Your contribution will directly support nbns commitment to reliable services customer trust and keeping people connected.

You bring a customerfirst mindset communicate clearly and warmly and feel comfortable working as part of a supportive team while building the confidence to work independently over time.
