The Programme

We are looking for talented and passionate graduates within Technology that are interested in an international Tech Graduate Programme for one year you willdeep diveintodifferent partsof the business where you will have the opportunity to experience a global project in an international company.

Our Tech Graduate Programme is designed to equip recent graduates with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in the dynamic field of technology. This intensive programme offers a comprehensive combination of hands-on experience technical training and professional development opportunities.

ProgrammeHighlights:

• Practical Projects:Graduates will work on real-world projects under the guidance of experienced mentors. These projects will provide hands-on experience and help develop problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Technical Training:The programme includes specialized training sessions on the latest technologies programming languages and tools. Participants will have the opportunity to obtain industry-recognized certifications.

• Professional Development:In addition to technical skills the programme focuses on developing soft skills such as communication teamwork and leadership. Workshops and seminars will be conducted to enhance these competencies.

• Mentorship and Networking:Each participant will be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance and support throughout the programme. Networking events will also be organized to help graduates connect with industry professionals and peers.

• Assessment and Feedback:Regular performance evaluations will be conducted to provide constructive feedback andidentifyareas for .

Requirements

• Bachelor ormastersdegreeinComputer Science Software Engineering Telecommunications or similar.

• Fluent inEnglish and Spanish.

Preferred

• Previousinternationalexposure

• 1 year of work experience or other internships are meriting.
