Job Summary

Produce a Market Validation Memo for every transaction this is a mandatory IC gate document
Identify and verify primary and secondary buyers / offtakers for each deployment
Negotiate and execute offtake and aggregation agreements linked to produce-deduction repayment models
Monitor commodity price trends and activate secondary buyer fallbacks when primary prices deteriorate
Develop a buyer diversification strategy to reduce single-offtaker concentration risk
Assess feedstock reliability and identify input supply risks for each deployment site
Design storage and timing strategies to maximise operator revenue realisation
Map full value chain economics from input supply through processing to market sale

Total Professional Experience- 610 years
Agricultural Commodity Markets- Required (Nigerian or West African agro-commodity context)
Offtake Structuring & Negotiation- Required
Value Chain Analysis- Required (input supply processing logistics and market route mapping)
Aggregation & Storage Operations- Preferred
Rural Market Development- Strongly Preferred
