The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing residential contractor on a multiunit housing development in Kilbarry Co. Waterford. This role will suit a Site Manager who is comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with multiple work fronts running concurrently.
You will be supported by an established project team while retaining full responsibility for onsite delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Daytoday management of a residential development with multiple units live
- Driving programme and productivity across all phases of construction
- Managing subcontractors suppliers and site logistics
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company procedures
- Monitoring build quality and coordinating inspections
- Reporting weekly progress and key issues to senior management
The Person
- Proven background managing residential housing projects in Ireland
- Strong understanding of sequencing and residential construction processes
- Confident communicator capable of managing multiple trades on site
- Organised and proactive with a strong focus on delivery
- Ability to work to tight deadlines without compromising quality
