Hours: Flexible at least 3 hours overlap with EST or CST

About the company

Remote World is partnering with a Canadian staffing company to hire for this role. They place candidates in technology and professional services roles across North America and need an organised assistant to keep the recruitment machine running.

The role

Youll support a team of recruiters posting jobs screening CVs scheduling interviews and keeping the ATS up to date. Over time youll take on your own mini-requisitions and develop a feel for what makes a strong candidate.

What youll do

• Post job ads across LinkedIn Indeed and niche job boards
• Screen incoming applications against role criteria
• Schedule interviews and manage recruiter calendars
• Keep the ATS (Greenhouse Workable or similar) current and tidy
• Draft offer letters and coordinate pre-employment checks

What youll need

• Organised and detail-oriented nothing gets missed
• Good written English for candidate-facing communications
• Comfortable with email calendars and collaborative tools
• Genuinely interested in people and recruitment

Nice to have

• Experience with any ATS or HR system
• Previous admin HR or recruitment experience
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or job posting platforms
